Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. If you cancel within 24 hours of the service, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. This policy also applies to "no-show" appointments.
We do require you to enter your payment card information when booking; however, your card WILL NOT be charged UNLESS you incur a CANCELLATION FEE or A NO-SHOW FEE.
